Annual Plan of Tax and Customs Control 2014

On March 31, 2014 has been published in the Official Newsletter of the State the resolution issued by the General Directorate of the State Agency of Tax Administration, by which the general guidelines governing the priority lines of action of the Administration on control are approved.

This plan contains, besides the general principles that inspire it, a reference to the actions of prevention and control of relevant fraud articulated around three main areas: the investigation of tax and customs fraud, fraud control in collection phase and, cooperation between the Spanish Tax Authorities and tax authorities of the Autonomous Communities.
